Change of mind Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or partially used products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Damaged or defective products If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at orders@skolperformance.com.au. We'll assess and arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
